Research Design and Data Analysis
- Experience designing and conducting quantitative, qualitative and mixed method research studies
- Training in bivariate statistical analyses and research hypothesis testing using parametric and nonparametric models; multiple regression and related models for multivariate analyses, statistical control, mediation & path analysis; factorial research designs and ANOVA models for examining conditionality, interactions & moderation; Use of STATA and SPSS
- Knowledge of multilevel modeling for analyzing nested data and structural equation modeling, specifically for path analysis and latent variable modeling, in behavioral sciences; Use of HLM and Mplus
- Translating scientific evidence into various communications products
- Managing social media accounts for research projects
- Advanced knowledge of Qualtrics and Survey Monkey, including survey programming and distribution
- Experience administering the Preschool Language Scale (English & Spanish), the Peabody Picture Vocabulary Test, the Minnesota Executive Functioning Scale (English & Spanish)
- Reliable on the Bayley Scale for Infant Development, Fourth Edition and the Woodcock-Johnson Tests of Early Cognitive and Academic Development
- Full professional working proficiency
- 4+ years working in Spanish-speaking work environments
